To start off an ideal study group, first see and find people who can study diligently and not be distracted easily & hence start talking, affecting the aim of a study group. The tricky part in a study group is when you are a lot better at a subject than your friend then he/she keeps asking you, using much of your time in the study group teaching & coaching. Whereas those lousier ones will improve as they ask more questions. I feel that study groups can help very little if there is many people, or provided that at least 100% focus can be put in it.
For people who procrastinate as badly as me, when you do things, don't think of putting only 100% of your time in doing things because mostly of the time only 50% to 70% of things are accomplished. If you can finish 100%, then good for you.
Since you are capable of doing 100% now, how about adding a bit more? Next time aim for 5% more evey week, 105%, 110%, 115%, 120%... by the end of 20 weeks, around 5 months, you'll realise you are doing 200%, twice of what you think you are capable of. Isn't this great?

I personally feel that the best solution for you is to let that person you love/hate to be him/herself for the moment. Even many of your friends find you overbearing when it comes to this term called 'relationship'. You yourself knows this has happened alot of times, and you always end up damn angry and tell everyone your problems. Although I think if I'm in your shoes, I will do the same thing. Honestly, don't be 'reactive' but be 'pro-active'. you often act on impulse towards things that happen immediately. You should stop and think calmly, won't this be better than screaming/ shouting/ yelling at that person's face?

And then you, another trouble...~.~ Please learn to understand people around you and cherish every relationship you have. If you continue this, more and more girls will know about you and your insensitive actions, this only makes girls hate you.

Reading self-developing books, seeing friends display a shockingly huge variety of personalities, including myself makes me think about even friends you know and interact for years, "Do you even know that person at all?"

I think, that the worst point of life is when you start to have alot of stress, but have no one to share with, and day by day, it snowballs and gets harder and harder to maintain your life without thinking about all your stress daily.
Having no family, no friends to share with, it actually makes you sad, lonely and usually makes you want to cry. Its like the word "You will suffer and feel pain" and worst is that there isn't a full-stop in it. And then suddenly your friend just randomly calls you up, and you hope that they knew something happened to you and then to your own dismay, they are looking for you for help in their problems too.
In the past, you are also like them, sharing your problems with your friends daily, but as time goes on, many things even if told, cannot be helped with.
Letting someone know your stress and stuffs is just a short term feeling of being relaxed and relieve. After awhile, you'll feel stress once more and then tell another friend of yours, and it goes on and on till all your friends know it.
Sadly, even friends and counsellors have stress as well, so no one has the perfect advice which will help you to get over it and deal with it the right way.
As a teenager now, the main worries are often but not always, studies, relationships, friends and family. As an adult in the future, there will be more things you'll begin to worry about. Even people who fool around, make funny faces, make jokes, seem relaxed, are also people who have stress, its just that over the years, they learned how to cover up all of their worries and sadness.
Life is short, try to notice more of your surroundings and not quarrel or argue over small matters. Don't always argue over minor matters and end up being the one who get hurt the most.
Maximise laughter and joy, minimise tears and cries. This is what i feel life is for.
I have recently made a mistake, a very grave mistake.
I chose to try to be self-reliant and not get help from friends or anyone but actually, i thought it over and over, and felt that you really NEED someone like a friend or family to be there and be that one who you call always go to in times of crisis.
So don't bottle things up like i did, it would really screw your emotions up and cause you to go into a stat where friends will just call you "siao".

The same goes for relationship or studies, only when you really try your best to achieve it, and put it effort, then you'll achieve something.

Don't wait till you get old or something, before you know its too late, and all the little efforts you've put in have been wasted. Don't blame it on anyone, but rather yourself for not achieving anything.

When you want something, do it. Don't just talk. Talk is cheap.

When you wake up, tell yourself what you want to do, do a planning, and make use of every second you have today. Life is short, and who knows, you might just walk over a road today and get drived down by a car.
